Our mercados are  in East Los Angeles 2nd and 3rd Saturday of every month 10am-4pm.  A volunteer run non-profit collective. Outdoor Patio Space - 10ft x 10ft. Most vendors are permanent vendors!  We carefully curate new vendors or alternate vendors in order to create a beautiful experience for our customers and great sales for our vendors.

 

Please make sure to bring your own table, display and 10x10ft EZ-UP w/weights.

IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFORMATION:

- Vendor space fee must be paid within 48 hours of receiving acceptance email.

- If we do not receive your payment on time, your spot will go to the next vendor on waiting list.

Queer Mercado:

$65 Vendor FEE

$75 Non-profit FEE

$100 Food Vendor with Certificate of Insurance

Goddess Mercado:

$52 Vendor FEE

$75 Non-profit FEE

$100 Food Vendor with Certificate of Insurance

 

   Once payment is made, the vendor space fee is NON-REFUNDABLE or transferable- no exceptions**

By paying for your space you agree to the following:

  1.       Arrive at our Mercado  8am and be set up by 9:30am.
  2.       Must leave no trash, be loaded up, off campus by 5pm or pay additional fees.
  3.       You must sell only what you are approved to sell and what you indicated on your application as we are trying curate a fair and diverse vendor and customer experience.
  4.       LAUSD does not allow sale or use of alcohol, tobacco or drugs on campus
  5.       No sharing of vending space
  6.       If you are a permanent vendor, following  month’s payment will be this month at our current Mercado. 
  7.       Help us promote this event by posting on your social media stories and Feed
  8.       All event organizers are volunteers and are not receiving any form of payment.
  9.       Invite all MUJERES,  friends, family, and support network.
  10.   NO FOOD vending without a Certificate of Insurance
  11.   Please look fabulous!

After we receive your payment, you will be posted on our IG and added to a group chat by our youth social media manager Tori. Parking sign up and vendor information on the Thursday night before our event. This event is being marketed to over 15,000 local followers and sent out to a newsletter with over 5,000 recipients.  We will be in touch with flyers and vendor day-of info.
